WARRANTY
The original manufacturer provides manufacturer’s warranty. Blue Cross Flooring Group extends no other warranty.
The Manufacturer’s warranty is only limited to the refund, repair or replacement of the merchandise that is proven or verified to be defective. Blue Cross Flooring Group is not responsible for indirect, special, incidental or consequential damage or penalties and does not assume any liability of Purchaser to others, or to others, for injury to persons or property.
SALES:
All sales
are final.The buyer agrees to the terms by signing the contract/invoice with their signature.
RETURN and EXCHANGE of GOODS:
Returned products needs to be in their original packaging. Returns or exchanges will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
INSPECTION ON DELIVERY
Blue Cross
Flooring Group is not responsible nor gives guarantees for any damage or delay during
the deliveries. When shipments are received, recipients should inspect the
merchandise for damage and any shortage. Any problems should be reported to the
delivery driver immediately and noted on bill of lading with driver’s signature
on your copy. Take photos for the damages and Blue Cross Flooring will help
file a damage claim to the third party trucking company.
INSPECTION BEFORE INSTALLATION
Make sure the products are the actual ones you purchased before installation.
Check all information on the package such as color, size, lot/run number, etc. Prepare the installation floor as needed since every job site is different. Improper installation will void your warranty.
DEFECTIVE GOODS and CLAIM:
Blue Cross Flooring Group warrants its products to be free of defects in workmanship and material under normal use and service and when used for the purposes and under the conditions for which they are intended.
Blue Cross
Flooring Group reserves the right to inspect and keep the defective product. To start the claim process, purchasers need to download the CLAIM FORM,
fill it out and send to us via email or fax.
